Job Responsibilities:

Foreign legal advisor;
Advice on Thai taxes;
Meeting with clients;
Visa and work permit consultations;
Preparing Minutes of Meeting;
Making invoice and quotation to sent out to the clients/assisted clients;
Opening personal and corporate bank accounts;
Keeping the clients updated about the company registration process;
Filing company profile & legal documents;
Making phone calls to the clients;
Faxing, photocopying and handling emails;
Client engagement;
Keep records of client interactions;
Resolve customer complaints through phone, email or social media;
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction;
After sales support;

Requirements:

Should be a graduate at least;
Know-how of Thai tax;
Excellent communication skills;
Proven client support experience;
Should be a Thai native (preferable);
Ability to work under pressure
