1. Buy on Your Company’s Name

A foreign national may be entitled to own a land in Thailand in the name of a Thai company. And this can be done by registering a Limited Company or a registered Partnership in Thailand. Similarly, a foreigner who registers his company under Board of Investment may be entitled to buy 20 Rai of land for residential purpose.

2. Lease the Property

3. Structured Ownership

A company or Thai spouse may grant a right of superficies to the foreign national, giving him the right to own all constructions on the land.

4. Buy in Your Thai Spouse’s Name
