Obligations and Restrictions

Fully-trained managers must dedicate full time to the operation of the Konrad Legal franchise.

The shareholders of the franchisee should guarantee the performance of the obligations under the agreement.

The franchisee must offer services as that Konrad Legal periodically designates.

04

The franchisee may provide special services on events only when it complies with Konrad Legal’s procedures.
