Then you will need to apply for permanent residence in Thailand, if you do not have a Thai wife. To apply for the status you can consider the below mentioned five categories;
- Investment,
- Work/Business,
- Supporting Thai citizen or being supported by Thai citizen,
- Supporting alien who already had a residence permit or being supported by alien who already had a residence permit,
- Experts.
However, amongst the above work/business and supporting a Thai citizen/being supported by one are the two most common categories. The basic requirement for each is below;
