How to Set-up a Business in Thailand in 30 Days?

Step 2: Decide the Form of Business

You may choose from the different forms of companies, including sole proprietorship, Thai partnership, ordinary partnership, Thai limited liability partnership and Thai limited. Step 3: Get the Documents:

Step 4: Get a Foreign Business License:

Any foreigner investor will need to obtain a work permit to be able to do business in Thailand. Prior to that you must get a non-immigrant Thai visa. However, US nationals may not require to get a work permit.

Step 6: Filing the Memorandum of Association:

Step 9: Tax Registration:

Businesses must get tax ID card and number from the Thai Revenue Department to ensure tax payment. However, companies that earn more than 600,000 baht must register for VAT too.
